Help when you need it

CollectionShuffler is intentionally simple. These four steps cover most setups.

Getting started

  1. Install CollectionShuffler from the Shopify App Store.
  2. Choose the collections you want to keep fresh.
  3. Select a schedule for each collection.
  4. Save schedules. CollectionShuffler handles future runs automatically.

If a schedule is paused

Open Activity for the exact reason. Schedules are disabled automatically when their Shopify collection is removed. New Free installations can use one collection of any size for 14 days; afterward, a Free schedule is paused if the collection exceeds 250 products. Upgrade to Pro or Scale to schedule collections of any size.

Before you contact us

Include your .myshopify.com store domain, the collection name, and roughly when the issue occurred. Please do not send customer data, passwords, or Shopify access tokens.

How shuffling works

CollectionShuffler changes the product order using Shopify’s built-in manual collection sorting. It does not edit your theme and does not access customer or order data.
